Resumo: This work is the automation of secondary packaging breaded a food, and aims to deploy a prototype of a machine stacking breaded using a controlled pneumatic system , PLC ( programmable logic controller) , which will be responsible for counting and the formation of blocks , the installation of a variable frequency drive to control and protect the gearmotor draw conveyor and assembly of electrical panel and wiring diagrams with identifications , so that it becomes easier to maintain the panel when needed . Initially the boxes were made of blocks of training and installed the pistons and pneumatic solenoid valves for testing as to the operation thereof. After fabrication of the structure was developed programming in the CLP (programmable logic controlled) LOGO, is responsible for management of the counting process, stacking and release the blocks to the treadmill. To control the speed of the conveyor belt in a frequency inverter three phase breaker panel and connected to the gearbox , so the drive installed was configured for overload protection , starts and stops with ramps and speed control via pushbuttons that increase and decrease according to the need of the operator. With the implementation of the prototype tests were performed between the results obtained and can highlight the agility of the process , where there is no need to reduce production , reducing the exposure time of the product at higher temperatures thus offering higher quality and standardization in the process the secondary packaging.
