The area of Training & Development (T&D) receives more and more investments in various economic sectors organizations seeking day after day, new strategies in order to improve and increase their competitive advantage in the global market. Thus, increasing the number of searches to know the results derived from these actions in order to improve organizational performance. Thus, the main interest of this study lies on the contributions of T&D programs for the organization under study, highlighting the indicators: quality, productivity, absenteeism and turnover. Data collection occurred through the application of semi-structured interviews, document analysis and questionnaires with closed questions. From the data analysis, the results obtained indicated that by better performance of employees coming from the application of T&D programs, afforded improvements in organizational performance, especially in indicators of quality and productivity. |
