Resumo: The Chemistry teaching-learning process is often considered by high school students as tiring and abstract. Not only these factors, insecurity of students to express their opinions in front of teachers, it causes many times students come back home still having doubts about the class. In this study it was used a technological resource aiming the teaching-learning process more efficient, which students will not feel oppressed by exposing their questions and thoughts about subject of Chemistry, even making the school become dynamic and attractive. In this context it was developed a page on the social network Facebook® stick on me than you will pass) by creating a virtual environment where students can interact with each other without the teacher's embarrassment. However, the teacher which is responsible for the page can guide the discussion, making posts about chemistry to awaken the students’ interest and curiosity. However, the teacher is not the only who can guide the discussions, those students, exposing their doubts on the page could end up generating discussions among them, and also resolve questions of others students. This teaching methodology was applied in public school system and pre-university course, and a study about the use of the social networking was conducted, seeking to ascertain the effectiveness and feasibility of this type of resource for teaching chemistry.
