Resumo: This work was based on the mean field solution of the Ising (spins) model, which is mapped in a protein of model interaction with a solvent medium (H2O). We used this model to explain the denaturation and folding, either cold or hot, using globular proteins as the order parameter the degree of compression which corresponds to the molecular magnetization in spins ising model.
