Organizing the sales order of the sales team can be a difficult task. If there is not ways for providing equal opportunities for all, and if it is clear to all concerned that there is an interest in the company to match these opportunities, the manager may experience relationship problems with the sales team. This can affect directly the financial results of the store. In this same environment, is difficult to evaluate the quality and quantity of daily services. Without reliable information about the number of customers served at the store, the manager is unable to measure the results of advertising campaigns or the quality of service of their sales team. Considering the challenges presented, this work presents a technological solution for satisfying the two needs. A mobile application that controls the service queue and, as a consequence, collects quantitative data on services. The data collected will be inserted into a web application that, through graphs and indicators, will allow the manager to qualitatively evaluate the results of a store. The prototype version of the system was presented to a sales team and its manager. According to vendors, the system meets the demand to manage the service queue satisfactorily, although it still need improvements.
