This work deals with the development, by detecting the absence of a mechanism for decision-making based on activities in the role of telephone service a central PABX installed in the company. The project was one employee in real-time data display approach to the team and send consolidated reports to the coordinator of the department. Creating an attendance ranking was also put into effect, raising the percentage of calls in a gradual and uniform way, through the results obtained with the tools. The implemented system was then subjected to a monitoring of five months to detect possible objectified the enhancements need of management involved. |
