This paper is a literature review that aims to discuss how physical education contributes to developing the potential of individuals with Autism. Autism being chosen as the theme because it is a deficiency at the same time complex and thought provoking, while becoming a challenge for professionals seeking opportunities for teaching and learning in diverse methods and theories. It was intended to show through literature the fundamental role of physical education for autistic people and that physical activity is one of the most important to calm the autistic nature of factors, making them more sociable and independent. Through games and play the autistic becomes part of a group and do not live isolated from the world. Autistic develops a set of atypical behavior being prevented from developing in general, based on the information collected, this study demonstrates the benefits of physical education in the development of autistic individuals and concludes that physical activity is an effective measure that contributes positively in interaction with autism social environment. |
