Resumo: This work aims to contribute with the elementary school teacher, in the process of school inclusion of the student with special educational needs, emphasizing the right to quality education, proposing techniques and methods to teachers to develop them in their classroom. In spite of the difficulties to insert this student in the teaching environment, we have public and private schools that intensify the inclusion of this public, treating them with respect and guaranteeing them a differentiated education according to the individual needs. Teachers and school administrators are increasingly committed to providing better education, engaging in ongoing training in partnership with the educational institution and government, and continually observing educational developments. Thus, the work was developed through a qualitative bibliographical research with the objective of researching the school inclusion of the special educational student in elementary school, contributing with techniques and methods that help teachers in their classrooms. Addressing the history of inclusive education stressing the importance of including, we address the importance of the political pedagogical project in schools for advancement in education. The study made it possible to understand the access of special educational students in primary schools, as well as alerted to a series of modifications necessary for many other students to be inserted, among them prejudice to the different. The ESA is a project guide because it is related to students with special educational needs, provides pedagogical activities and adaptations for their development.
