In spite of the difficulties to insert this student in the teaching environment, we have public and private schools that intensify the inclusion of this public, treating them with respect and guaranteeing them a differentiated education according to the individual needs. Teachers and school administrators are increasingly committed to providing better education, engaging in ongoing training in partnership with the educational institution and government, and continually observing educational developments. Thus, the work was developed through a qualitative bibliographical research with the objective of researching the school inclusion of the special educational student in elementary school, contributing with techniques and methods that help teachers in their classrooms. Addressing the history of inclusive education stressing the importance of including, we address the importance of the political pedagogical project in schools for advancement in education. The study made it possible to understand the access of special educational students in primary schools, as well as alerted to a series of modifications necessary for many other students to be inserted, among them prejudice to the different. The ESA is a project guide because it is related to students with special educational needs, provides pedagogical activities and adaptations for their development. Este trabalho objetiva contribuir com o professor do ensino fundamental, no processo de inclusão escolar do aluno com necessidades educacionais especiais, enfatizando o direito a educação de qualidade, propondo técnicas e métodos aos professores para que os mesmos as desenvolvam em sua sala de aula. Apesar da existência de dificuldades para inserir esse estudante no ambiente de ensino, dispomos de escolas públicas e privadas que intensificam a inclusão desse público, os tratando com respeito e garantindo a eles um ensino diferenciado de acordo com as necessidades individuais. Os docentes e a direção escolar estão cada vez mais empenhados em proporcionar um melhor ensino, dedicam-se a formação continuada em parceira com a instituição de ensino e o governo, além de observarem continuamente os avanços pedagógicos. Dessa forma, o trabalho foi elaborado por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho qualitativo com o objetivo de pesquisar a inclusão escolar do aluno educacional especial no ensino fundamental, contribuindo com técnicas e métodos que auxiliem os professores em suas salas de aula. Tratar a história da educação inclusiva salientando a importância de incluir, tratamos da importância do projeto político pedagógico nas escolas para o avanço na educação. O estudo possibilitou compreender o acesso dos alunos educacionais especiais nas escolas no ensino fundamental, bem como alertou para uma série de modificações necessárias para que ainda muitos outros estudantes estejam inseridos, dentre elas o preconceito ao diferente.
