Resumo: The theme of this paper presents the playful and cognitive present in computer programs, and being placed in the context of the teaching-learning process, aimed at improving the understanding of abstract knowledge and multiplier applied in school. Make use of LOGO and application (computer program) that should be seen and treated as a support tool for the educator, and motivational support in order to develop logical thinking of students, promoting learning. On the other hand, educators must be aware of the goals of using this technological resource in the classroom, and knowing the way they should lead this work, and yet it should be noted that the presence of programs included in the educational process will not replace other teaching methods have been tried. In addition, it must have methods and subsidies that favor explore the resources available in LOGO and therefore able to evaluate its effects in relation to the teaching-learning process. In short, the use and application of technology through computer programs, serve as motivational aspect and aware of the importance of using this resource, informing the many features that can be exploited. This means that, the use of games and other programs are proving to be an excellent alternative to act as a facilitator and motivator in the teaching-learning process, helping in the formation of people able to understand and develop the logical resources, as well as providing subsidies for the full exercise of knowledge.
