At the last years, the innovation of teaching Science has been highlighted in the academic world. As a innovate focus, the alternative methods are mentioned, which
consist of the application of dynamic classes with educational games and experimental classes. The aim of this study is to assess the application of the experimental classes in the subject of Science in a municipal elementary school in São Paulo countryside, where the functionalization of the alternative methods was assessed inside the science class through the experimental classes to the students of 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. The evaluation of the results was through two assessments, one before the application in the class and another after that, being identical. The results was satisfactory, and the test of hypothesis showed that there is a significant difference between the assessments, because of the p-value < 0,05. Therefore, this paper allowed to notice that the alternative methods in the teaching of Science are an important factor, which can be worked and used as an innovate tool in the educational world. Not only in Science but in the other knowledge areas, because they facilitate the teaching-learning through the expositive, dynamic and interesting classes, so the students can absorb better the studied contents in the theoretical classes. |
