Resumo: Teachers commonly use experimentation as a methodology to arouse students' interest in content, demonstrate physical concepts, apply learned knowledge, elicit discussion among students to understand a phenomenon and teach the scientific method. Many researchers cite the use of play experiments as an effective methodology in teaching and learning processes, since through games, toys and games it is possible to arouse interest in solving a problem, to develop imagination and reasoning, and to lead to the exchange of ideas. Some scientific articles in the area of Science Teaching propose different ludic activities as a tool to arouse students curiosity and facilitate the learning of concepts from the disciplines of Science and Physics. This work reports an experience of Physics teaching through the ludic in which, from the construction and launching of a PET bottle rocket, the oblique movement and the concepts of kinematics were studied. Comparing the responses of the evaluation activities before and after the rocket workshop, it was noticed that there was a greater appropriation of scientific concepts. The workshop proved to be effective in arousing students' interest in physics learning, and the final activity was also effective in assisting the joint construction of knowledge by exchanging ideas, discussing and interacting among students and with the students. teacher.
