Resumo: This work had as its theme the constant changes in micro and macro-environmental levels, stimulate organizations to act coherently tracking the speed of events, leads to new concepts especially with regard to people. Therefore, it is essential to work in the Human Resources (HR) department in the sense of being aware of the needs of the organization. This descriptive study with a qualitative feature, aims to show the relevance of improving the recruitment and selection of people in the company: Soft Boy. For that, beyond theoretical survey was conducted a description of organization located in the city from Paraná, Paraná State. The survey results point to the need to improve the recruitment and selection of staff, precisely to provide the increasingly skilled professionals and organization profiles consistent with the positions offered.
