We sought throughout this work demonstrate how the recruitment and selection of people with the Human Resources department of the City of Paranavai in order to verify that such activities were being carried out effective manner. The research was done through literature review consists of readings and analysis of various works such as : Chiavenato (2008 ) ; Dutra (2009 ) ; Gil (2002); Vergara (2000 ) among others , emphasizing the points relevant to the subject addressed by the authors in question . Books , articles , magazines , websites , handouts , theses and dissertations, and other materials relating to the proposed issue and a field survey , with a semi structured to obtain information on the operation of the board of directors regarding the subject matter presented interview were analyzed . As a result there was the importance of using these cases as well, it was evident that the City uses the processes of recruitment and selection as a way to aggregate the successful candidates in the organization . Through recruitment and selection techniques that have proven appropriate for activity on screen. |
