Resumo: For the condition of being one of the main economics trencths of today and of the future of the planet, international recognition requires great challenges from Brazil to the need of increasing its industrial park. The vast previous theory explores the advantages of partnering for cooperation between academia and industry. Even this cooperation being proved as positive, we can see the almost complete absence of engineers teachers, working in research in the industry, which leads to the conclusion that this lack of research contributes to the numbers (always) insufficient of skilled professionals working in this niche, remaining below the productive potential (in particular) in Paraná. The study started with the observation of the phenomenon of vertical integration of the country's Economy and specifically considers the establishment of a park facing the incubation of technology companies, where UTFPR teachers can develop products and services demanded by the industry, as well as the theories created in academic laboratories. The data collected allow the verification that there is a predominance of approaches focused on individual projects, indicating the presence of adaptive approache practices, and shows that there is no "one size fits all" management of projects in collaboration between government, industry and university. Finally, with the main barriers identified, it is observed that the interaction model proposed in the Triple Helix of Etzkowitz, it emphasizes the importance of cooperation between these actors in the innovation process: the University, Industry and Government, it also presents a funding source (Green and Yellow Fund) and outlines the role of all components of this helix and suggests that the Brazilian university becomes a center for social entrepreneurship, which may contribute to insertions of Prodution Engineers in applied research of the future Ecotechnology Park of Ponta Grossa, Parana. The methodology adopted in this study is predominantly basic and descriptive research, exploratory search for teachers curriculum from Lattes Platform of the six undergraduate institutions of the Course on Production Engineering operating in Paraná, as well as articles and other scientific productions developed for the disciplines of Specialization in industrial Management in 2011.
