Resumo: The object of this study is to evaluate the evolution of the developed strategic practices of small businesses, located in a shopping center. Usually small entrepreneurs focus on profitability, little is evaluated the behavior of their operation business evolution, in this sense it is necessary to verify the characteristics of these small businesses and their development as planning, satisfaction, leadership. These organizations are located in A shopping center in the metropolitan region is characterized by a building with a gross leasable area of twenty five thousand square meters. It is in a prominent place in the region, where small businesses are used, which use the space for commercial activity. Based on the local structure and evolution of the region and the behavior of the operations through research and information, it will be able to form actions to improve the strategic planning of these small companies in their, being necessary, definitions of strategy elements in the organizations that could cooperate for improvements.
