We are currently moving along paths that insist on distancing women mothers from their professional environments. For this reason, the present work aims to analyze and systematize the process of normatization of marginalization and exclusion of a woman, mother and researcher of the Federal Technological University of Paraná, as well as the resistance processes performed by it. The choice of the theme arose from a question, what are the spaces of a mother being professional, academic or home, how these mothers are seen by society and what elements that strengthen or weaken the mother-teacher. Data collection was performed through an individual semi-structured online questionnaire, with open questions, involving questions related to gender and ethnicity. The main authors that guide the development of our research are: Biroli (2011), Lima (1996-1997), Sodré (1999), Latour and Woolgar (1997) among others. The results indicate that there is a strong discourse rearticulates the non-researching mother-woman, making her uniquely “housewife” and even though she is strong and going through several obstacles to stay in the profession, she is still minority in these spaces. |
