The experiences lived as a scholarship holder of the PIBID program allowed to identify learning difficulties in the discipline of Biology, due to the complexity of some contents and the lack of motivations and differentiated strategies in classes. Based on this premise, it was proposed to develop a card game addressing the biodiversity of Campos Gerais. It is believed that this resource can be an alternative to help in the teaching-learning process and to emphasize the importance of preserving the Araucaria Forest, considering that many of its species are at risk of extinction one of the causes being deforestation by human action that occurs over time. The material has low cost for making and was made available free of charge through a website in order to contribute with Science and Biology teachers in the difficult task of teaching such important contents, especially in the period of pandemic with remote activities. |
