In the current context, there is an eminent need for innovation in the teaching-learning process, including in higher education. Active methodologies have presented efficient didactic tools, such as the Problem-Based Learning methodology, which combines theoretical concepts in practical activities in a collaborative work, aligning with the needs of the market, which seeks professionals who can overcome the frequent challenges with flexibility, proactivity and teamwork in solving problems. In this sense, this work aims to analyze the efficiency in the acquisition and retention of knowledge of the Problem-Based Active Learning Methodology, applied in the subject Introduction to Administration, in the Production Engineering course at UTFPR – Campus Londrina. The methodology used in the study was Action Research, with a quali-quantitative and explanatory nature, seeking from problem situations with a new pedagogical approach, so that students can propose solutions in a participatory and interactive teaching environment. The results obtained by the research using the Likert scale, showed a high degree of student satisfaction in relation to the method used, with rates in all items above 80%. In NPS - Net Promoter Score, a result equal to 36% was obtained, demonstrating that they can promote the methodology. |
