This paper analyzes the quality management in companies, identifying the contribution to increasing competitiveness and strengthening the organization. To achieve the research was conducted a case study of two service providers in the business of maintenance and repairs of city vehicles to Cornélio Procópio - Paraná, checking the vision and the interests of owners in respect of quality management. It was found that the perception of owners regarding competitiveness is well-defined factor that prevents the application is followed by the economic bureaucracy and the most important, is knowledge of the actual earnings on the subject. The interest in the system is important because large corporations are appropriate to the principle and are direct competitors. |
