Resumo: This work had as its theme, the knowledge of the faculty in relation to the learning method, emphasizing the day to day of the teachers in the classroom, and the insertion of this method in all disciplines. The research was done with teachers from several areas of a private school. Through action research, he sought to understand the relationship of the teacher in the classroom when it comes to the issue of playfulness, recognizing it as an important pedagogical tool in the cognitive, social and affective development of the student. The method can be inserted as a facilitator in the assimilation of the proposed knowledge, since the games and games help the learner assimilate the content and the proposed concepts more easily. It allows the learner, the knowledge of therules, the awakening of the imagination, the elevation of their self-esteem and the improvement of the school conviviality. It was concluded that playfulness as a pedagogical proposal is essential in learning, and will become more frequent in the class rooms and each day is being innovated.
