Resumo: The methods in the making of handmade chocolate fudge limit production. This is due to lack of control of the quantities of chocolate manually placed in the mold, temperature of raw material, time manually filling the mold, not to mention that this lack of control generates a loss of quality and money invested in the business, making the migration informality for a microenterprise. This work aims at presenting the constructive project of an extrusion machine batching chocolate that will melt through the process of indirect heating, extrusion and dosage of chocolate in molds using a screw conveyor system driven by stepper motor. The dosed amount of chocolate is controlled by a microcontroller that it can increase the production of chocolate fudge without increasing the effective staff to join them at the same time as it can increase the quality of the finished product, creating a standard for the production process, reducing losses and generate higher profits.
