The objective of this work was to verify through marketing research, with application of specific questionnaire, the knowledge and preference of the students at Universidade Tecnologica Federal do Paraná (Federal Technological University of Paraná), in relation to the products derived from soy. The research indicated the soy base drink as the most known and consumed product by the interviewed ones. In this work it was also done the analysis of the packing and labeling and the sensorial analysis of six brands of soy base drinks of grape flavor, products found in the supermarkets of the west region in Paraná. It was verified that the packages and the labeling of the soy base drinks with grape flavor showed satisfactory results.
