Resumo: This work was carried out with a research interest in knowing the conceptions that students last year of high school have on Science, Technology and Society. The methodological approach was qualitative interpretive in nature, whose technique of data collection was semi-structured interview. The study was conducted with sixteen students from the third year of high school to college a private school in Paraná. The intention with this work, contribute to that there is a reflection on the importance of integrating the STS approach (Science, Technology and Society) in our schools, especially in Science Teaching. The main results show that students have a neutral view and linear with respect to science and technology that disregards their social relations, pointing to the need for a new attitude of the teacher in making their teaching that allows students with a literacy science and technology.
