Resumo: The lack of teaching resources has been identified as one of the major difficulties in satisfying the learning sciences and biology. In this context, the educational game is characterized as a viable alternative in the teaching-learning process. Given this, the present study aimed to produce and evaluate the prospects of using memory games about the human body in the levels of elementary and high school. For the production of memory games were used inexpensive materials and easy to purchase. The models of organs, structures and complete systems were designed and colored by hand, followed by scanning them and printing later parts of similar size, followed by the application "role Paraná", shielded with contact paper and pasted on sheets of EVA. The assessment of the prospects for use of the material featured three steps to check the evolution of storage organ systems upon prior knowledge, assimilation and memorization after lecture and after application of games. The making of memory games led acquisition of a didactic model with six games of the representative body systems (Digestive System, Respiratory, Endocrine, Female Reproductive and Male) that may be used or reproduced by other educators. The material produced was evaluated positively by students and professors with practical and the ludic application facilitated the understanding and memorization of the matter, in addition to providing greater dynamism to class.
