Due to constant changes in business organizations, we seek alternatives and organizational strategies that enable greater profitability and control of internal and external processes of a company. In this context, investment in the human resources sector, in particular attention to employees training contributes to the growth of the organization. Therefore, this work has the power to address the importance of training in organizational change process in a unit of public financial institution in the municipality of São Paulo. Therefore, if used as methodology the bibliographical research through articles, magazines and information on the Site, Federal Savings Bank in order to contribute to the deepening of the theme presented here. The results obtained indicate that the employee think that training given before CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementation, software used for improving results was important although its levels of usage are not satisfactory for organization. This is because once Caixa Econômica Federal is recognised by its social character there is much resistance from the employees to adopt practices that have a strong mercantile feature. |
