It is common to hear that students need to put theoretical knowledge into practice in order to effectively learn certain concepts or contents. However, many students are disinterested in initially finding theoretical physical concepts and then putting them into practice. What if the reverse order is performed? This work proposes the teaching of physical concepts using practices, starting from experiments set up by students, to arrive at theories that explain the generation of electricity. It aims to show that it is possible to understand how electricity is generated, analyzing experiments and researching the results observed in textbooks and on the internet, thus seeing in theory the explanation for the practice, giving a real meaning to it. It is expected that the proposal outlined here can spontaneously generate learning, instigating curiosity, exploring everyday life, involving all students in the process, creating a pleasant environment, where they feel free to expose themselves, ask, answer , criticize results, lose the fear of making mistakes, so that they can really learn, from practice to theory - and vice versa. |
