Resumo: Information and Communication Technologies are resources that have great potential to be used in the teaching and learning process. The use of these contemporary technological tools in the classroom can nearing the student to everyday situations, especially in physics lectures, whose contents often become abstract without connection to reality. An example of this context is the kinematics, which is studied in the first year of high school. Thus in the study of the moviments, objects (people, cars, planes, planets, among others), in general, are modeled as ponctual particles, making the kinematics abstract and far from reality. The objective of this monograph is to present the elaboration of a didactic resource for the study of kinematics based on the analysis of data from the smartphone application known as Strava, which monitors street races. This didactic resource is an alternative to nearing this theme to everyday life of students, showing the possibilities of using Information and Communication Technologies in the educational environment.
