This is because its utilization considerably reduces the loading and unloading time, and also the amount of labor required for this action. However, because of the large mass that need to be displaced in the bags, it is necessary some mechanical system to enable the handling of the load, since a man cannot do it by himself. To that, the most used equipments are forklifts and hydraulic winches coupled in tractors, or even in the trucks themselves. Considering that these devices have a high cost in the market, this work presents a more inexpensive mechanism than the other available options, to carry out the process of supplying agricultural machines by big bags, which operation is enabled by an equipment that is attachable in the bucket of a wheel loader, by means of adaptations. A busca por maior eficiência nas atividades agrícolas, primordialmente com relação ao tempo de operação, fez que o uso de big bags se tornasse mais comum no meio rural. Isso porque sua utilização diminui consideravelmente o tempo de carga e descarga, e também a quantidade de mão de obra necessária para essa ação. Porém, em razão da grande massa a ser deslocada nas bags, é preciso algum sistema mecânico para viabilizar a movimentação da carga, uma vez que um homem, por si só, não consegue fazê-lo. Para tanto, os equipamentos mais utilizados são empilhadeiras e guinchos hidráulicos acoplados em tratores, ou até mesmo nos próprios caminhões. Considerando que esses dispositivos têm custo elevado no mercado, este trabalho apresenta um mecanismo mais econômico em relação às outras opções disponíveis, para realizar o processo de abastecimento de máquinas agrícolas através de big bags, cujo funcionamento é possibilitado por equipamento acoplável na caçamba de uma pá-carregadeira, por meios de adaptações. 2022-02-23T01:39:21Z 2022-02-23T01:39:21Z 2018-06-20 bachelorThesis MORIKAWA, Clayson Hirokatsu.
